The German Embassy Accra offers a consultation day for consular services at the German Embassy in Freetown on 16th & 17th March, 2026.

Common questions regarding legal and consular questions could e.g. include

• Passport questions
• Applications for travel documents for German citizens
• Visa (only information!)
• Legalization of documents

Kindly register with the German Embassy by email to rk-100@free.diplo.de in order to make your appointment. The Embassy will not admit consultation seekers without prior registration. We will allocate appointments in accordance with the Accra team's vacancies between 9.00am - 2.00pm, first come, first served. To support your registration, kindly send us your individual subject of consultation.

Please note that on the consultation day we will only accept payments by credit card.

In addition, please keep in mind that no electronic devices are allowed to be brought to the Embassy.
